This is only the beginning of my haul and basically all the non-clothes goodies - most was bought in Glasgow but I'm also an addict when it comes to online shopping.

LUSH COSMETICS BATH GOODIES

As I've mentioned previously I recently went on a day trip to Glasgow and tried to cram in as much shopping as I physically could! One of the shops I couldn't resist popping into just so happened to be Lush, so of course I had to pick up a few bath bombs. I've only ever tried their Tisty Tosty which turned out to be amazing and these didn't disappoint either...

The videos above show just how exciting it feels to watch Lush bath bombs dissolve in front of your eyes! The store I visited in Glasgow had bright yellow Fizzbanger bombs dissolving instore and the smell alone had me sold. The Fizzbanger changes colour as it dissolves and is described as having an apple-pie-like scent with a hint of cinnamon. They also contain petitgrain which is used in aromatherapy to reduce feelings of anxiety - hello exam time!

The two other bath bombs I picked up first caught my eye in the Belfast store - Avobath and Ickle Baby Bot. Ickle Baby Bot is lavender scented and designed to help children relax before bed (I'm a big kid at heart). It's so gentle on skin that it can be used for babies 6 months and up! If you're like me and tend to intake a few cans of coke daily, then every little helps when it comes to relaxing before bed.

Avobath is a great choice for people with dry skin as it contains mashed avocado and olive oil - my skin felt baby smooth after bathing in this and it definitely got some well deserved hydration. However, bright green baths are definitely something that will take a little while to get used to. You can read more about Tisty Tosty in my previous Lush post from January here.

Does anyone recommend other bath bombs or products from Lush? So curious to try more...

HEADCASE

This post is short and sweet - basically just an excuse to show off my new mandala phone case. I'd been looking for a new cover on eBay when I stumbled across the Headcase, they have over 5000 unique designs for anything from iPhone to Samsung and Motorola (including the older versions). Visit their website here.

Refusing to take out an iPhone 5s contract because buying clothes is so much better.

This case was only £4.95 (half price sale) from their eBay store and it arrived so quickly! They have so many other designs including a few black and white striped ones that I had my eye on. If you're as indecisive as I am you'll definitely spend a long time picking and choosing.

GLASGOW

When both payday and student-loan-day happen to fall on the same weekend, what better excuse is there to go shopping? Yesterday my two friends and I decided to take advantage of StenaLine's Day Trips and bagged a return to Glasgow for a tenner each! The day trip involved waking up at 5am (worth it) and spending a total of 10 hours travelling either side, but given a few bus naps and being able to grab food with our home girl studying at Glasgow, it was such a fun day. The only downside was that there just aren't enough hours in the day for me to visit every shop in Glasgow (weh!).

For lunch we stopped off at Austrailian bar Walkabout on Renfield Street (peri peri chicken is a winner) and refueled before tackling more shops! I had my first trip to Forever 21 and Glasgow's 3 story store certainly didn't disappoint (below).

Shoe heaven in Forever 21

Picked up one of these bad boys and could smell it the whole way home!
Mightttt have picked up some Hayden jeans!
"I'll take one of everything please"
I tried to be as best behaved as I could considering the huge temptation to spend every penny I owned. This was my first trip to Glasgow and I definitely hope it won't be my last. Look out for a haul to follow..
